This month’s hosts are Chris and Lori Pappageorgas. In 2008 they created, The Living Breath Foundation, after both of their children were diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis (CF). The foundation provides financial assistance to combat the exorbitant every day expenses caused by this disease. After only three years in operation, the foundation has multiple programs in place to help CF patients in need. These programs include general financial aid grants, academic scholarships and hospital care-packages, as well as helping particular individuals with very specific assistance needs. This month’s program features their daughter, Melissa, as she talks about the challenges of living with CF.
